A simple 5s sprint, give effort but not max. Rest. And repeat. Have as many sets as you can but never to the point of being gassed out.
This I fear is a late and accidental discovery that can easily make sprinting enjoyable and with not so much lactic acid build up.

Inhale exhale hold. And then do an activity. I do this with swimming. I try to do 10 rounds with 1 to 3 breathes in between. I don't aim to be fully rested before the next round.
It truly is an amazing thing to exercise and hold your breathe. 8 to 10 rounds minimum.
Why swimming? It's the only exercise I do know that works the entire body.

In swimming and in pool it is not the smooth stroke that you want to do for health, but the spike, the snap.
For each stroke and kick, aim to spike. This will force your body to workout more rather than good refined strokes that allow you to swim for miles.
Remember our goal at the pool is to first do it for health; then for pleasure.
Suggestion
1. Per dolphin kick on the downward motion, spike it.
2. Per scissors kick on the crawl, spike it.
3. Per pull on the crawl, spike it.
Then rest. If you are able to breathe, not as bubbles, but inhale exhale hold for 2 to 3s, less than 10 x. Continue. It means you still have something left in the tank.
But if it takes you 10 or more of these before you are relaxed to make a swim, you are done for the set.
Swim often, swim hard, and swim.

Going for a swim. Often I used to feel lonely when I exercise. But I remember, God is always with us. So we are not alone.
The minimum.
Pray and leave all to God. Then,
1. 1 min hiit of burpees a day.
2. Salt water butter eggs/meat
3. Learn something
4. Be able to pay bills
5. Rest properly
The least we can do is breath work.
I like to do wimhof or buteyko. Either is ok. The later you can do in secret at all times whereby you try to close your mouth unless you speak or eat and just breathe thru the nose normally. The former you do periodically like every 2 hours if free or upon waking up and before bed.
Truly there are other methods but these will give you a decent baseline.

Eat more meat and vegetables. Eat less carbs. Drink lots of water. And walk with friends

You may use isometrics to train your hand grip and toe grip. Keep your extremities strong. Also exercise your neck.
20s effort 10s rest. 2 sets a day.
Then do as you normally do. Eat healthy and drink lots of water.

Updating routine.
Water for breakfast.
Optional lunch.
Mandatory dinner.
1 min minimum burpees hiit after work and pull ups (1 rep 3 s rest in between, as many as I am able).
Diet eggs, meat, butter, water and salt.
