Starting June 1, AthLife™ introduces a new training schedule designed to bring more clarity and intention to how you train each week.
Each session has a role. BASE builds your foundation. ENGINE develops your capacity. HYBRID pushes controlled intensity. HYROX prepares you for competition demands.
We are also introducing HYROX Young Stars, creating a pathway for younger athletes to train with structure and develop movement early.
Coach-led Open Gym is now available for those who want more flexibility without losing direction. You still train with intent, just on your own terms.
The goal is simple. Remove guesswork. Keep progress consistent.
Plan your week properly. Train with direction. Progress becomes repeatable.
