The Philippine Ski & Snowboard Federation is proud of Tallulah Proulx, Citation Awardee at the Women in Sports Awards 2026. This award is a symbol of excellence, given in recognition of her invaluable contributions to the advancement and empowerment of women in sports. She is also recognized as the first Filipina to qualify and participate in the Winter Olympics. Mabuhay ka !

Tallulah is joined by her father James Proulx, PSSF President Jim Apelar, PSSF Secretary General Jezreel Apelar, and PSSF Corporate Secretary Ola Manansala.
