First of all, sorry for the delay in posting an update! We’ve been fully focused on getting everything ready, and we’re excited to finally share our progress with you.

The first 5 pickleball courts are now in the final stage of construction, and we’re excited to share what’s left before we welcome everyone to the courts:

✅ Painting 1 championship court and 4 standard premium courts
✅ Finishing the supporting amenities (washrooms, parking areas and reception)
✅ Installing the court equipment and accessories
✅ Finalizing our online booking app
✅ Preparing everything for our Soft Opening

Another Step Forward!

When we first shared the vision of PickleFlex Hub, it was just an idea on paper. Today, seeing the flooring preparation and court foundation taking shape reminds us that this dream is becoming a reality.

Every day, our team is working hard behind the scenes—hauling materials, preparing the court base, and making sure every detail is done right. These may not be the most glamorous parts of construction, but they are some of the most important steps in creating a facility that our future players can enjoy for years to come.

We know many of you are excited and eagerly waiting to step onto the courts. Trust us, we're just as excited as you are. Seeing the progress firsthand motivates us even more to keep pushing forward.

We know everyone is excited and looking forward to getting on the courts, and we truly appreciate the enthusiasm and support you've shown us. While we're still in the construction phase, we're happy to share the latest progress as we continue building your future pickleball destination.

Current Construction Progress:
• Main steel structure installation progressing well
• Roofing extension works currently in progress
• Court area preparation and site development ongoing
• Existing warehouse repainted and upgraded
• Continuous improvements across the entire facility

As part of our planning, the facility features an open-sided warehouse design that allows natural airflow to move freely throughout the courts, helping create a more comfortable playing environment. We also understand the challenges that rain drizzles and changing weather conditions can bring, which is why we are proactively incorporating additional canopy extensions and weather-protection measures into our plans.

Rest assured that every aspect of the facility—including player comfort, ventilation, rain protection, and overall playing experience—has been carefully considered and thoughtfully planned as we work toward delivering the best possible pickleball destination for our community.

As construction continues, we're working hard to create a facility that offers not only great courts, but also a comfortable and enjoyable experience for players, families, and visitors.

• 3 Future Semi-Outdoor Standard Courts
• 2 Future Additional Indoor Standard Courts

✔ Boundary netting to keep balls within the playing area and reduce interruptions
