IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Complete list of requirements and qualifications has been posted by our Sangguniang Kabataan. Please review it carefully.
2. Wear your 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗷𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 and 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗷𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀.
3. Arrive early at Bilogbilog Gymnasium according to your assigned schedule.
4. Bring your own tumbler to stay hydrated throughout the event.

✅𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
Players must be registered voters of the barangay they intend to represent for at least two (2) years to be eligible to participate.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙉𝙊𝙏 𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮:

❌Individuals residing in another municipality, town, or locality, regardless of whether they are registered voters or not.

❌Individuals who transferred their voter registration to a barangay that is not their actual place of residence.

❌Players who fail to meet the registration requirements specified below.

✅𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
🏀Players aged 18 to 21 years old
* Must be registered voters of the barangay they represent.

🏀Players aged 15 to 17 years old (Minors)
✔️If not registered voters, they may still be eligible provided that their parent(s) are registered voters of the barangay they represent.
✔️Only the voter registration of the player’s parent(s) shall be accepted as supporting documentation.
✔️Registration records of siblings, relatives, or other family members shall not be accepted.

✅𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

Players must submit any of the following documents:

For Registered Voters
✔️Voter’s Certification
✔️Voter’s ID
✔️Philippine National ID
✔️Any valid government-issued ID
🔵Passport
🔵Driver’s License
🔵NBI Clearance
🔵Postal ID
🔵PSA Birth Certificate

For Players Aged 15 to 17 Years Old Who Are Not Registered Voters
✔️PSA Birth Certificate of the player
✔️Voter’s Certification or Voter’s ID of either parent

All returning or previous players are required to resubmit their documents and comply with the eligibility requirements.

✅𝙎𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙚-𝙐𝙥

The official line-up of each team shall be screened and verified by the Tournament Committee before the opening of the tournament. Players found to be unqualified or ineligible shall not be allowed to participate.

✅ 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

Players with incomplete documentary requirements shall not be permitted to play.

✅ 𝙐𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩

Any player or team involved in a fight, physical altercation, or fistfight during the tournament shall be suspended and prohibited from participating for the remainder of the league.

✅ 𝙏𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨

The following forms are available at the Sports Development Office:

* Official Line-Up Form
* Photo Gallery Form
* Waiver Form

✅ 𝙎𝙪𝙗𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

Any player who intentionally submits falsified, fake, altered, or tampered documents and is later discovered during the tournament shall be declared ineligible and barred from participating in all succeeding games.

Furthermore, all games won by the player’s team prior to the discovery shall be forfeited and awarded in favor of their opponents.

✅ 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨

Any game protest must be submitted in writing to the Sports Development Office within twenty-four (24) hours after the game in question.

✅ 𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨

Any protest concerning the eligibility of a player from another team must be filed with the Sports Development Office and must include:

* A written protest letter;
* The signature of any of the following:
* Barangay Sports Coordinator
* SK Chairperson
* Team Captain
* Barangay Captain
* Supporting evidence proving the alleged ineligibility.

Note: Protests regarding player eligibility shall no longer be accepted once the tournament has officially started.

✅ 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙚-𝙐𝙥 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨

No changes, additions, or substitutions to the official line-up shall be allowed after the opening of the tournament.

This version is suitable for official tournament guidelines, league handbooks, and barangay sports tournament regulations.
