From the College of Business Management, Jullia P. Velos is an upcoming 3rd year BS Marketing Management student. She joined the NEMSU Blue Lightnings Karate League on September 2024 and since then, she showed diligence and eagerness in learning Karate as she also was actively participating in training sessions and other University events.

Her predecessor, a graduating BA Political Science student from the College of Arts and Sciences, Ate Cap Joyz Mizpah D. Elpedang was the very same person who trained and coached her along with her friends, building their knowledge and confidence, one training at a time. Yesterday, a heartwarming moment occurred as Jullia took the place of her Ate Cap to be the next Captain of NBLKL. ❤️‍🩹

At the same time, Nel Josh B. Sarauza steps up as the next Vice Mayor of NBLKL, taking the place of his mentor and fellow student from College of Teacher Education, Ate Vice July An C. Serrano. 🩷
