VC ROTC UNIT

𝑰𝑵 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶𝑺 || On March 29, 2026, Villaflores College in Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, held a formal graduation ceremony to mark the successful completion of its Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program. The occasion paid tribute to the hard work, discipline, and commitment demonstrated by the cadets, highlighting an important step in their path toward becoming responsible and capable leaders of the nation.

The ceremony featured keynote addresses from distinguished guests: 𝑴𝑨𝑱 𝑹𝒀𝑨𝑵 𝑬𝑽𝑬 𝑺 𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑬𝑺𝑶 (𝑴𝑰) 𝑷𝑨, 𝟕𝟎𝟑𝑪𝑫𝑪 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓;𝑪𝑷𝑻. 𝑮𝑼𝑰𝑳𝑳𝑬𝑹𝑴𝑶 𝑱 𝑩𝑨𝑵𝑱𝑨𝑶 𝑷𝑨 (𝑹𝑬𝑺), 𝑶𝑰𝑪 𝟕𝟎𝟑𝑹𝑫 𝑹𝑹𝑰𝑩𝒏;𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑩𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒍𝒚 𝑷. 𝑭𝒍𝒚𝒏, 𝑨𝑽𝑷; 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕. Their inspiring messages emphasized the importance of leadership, discipline, and service, encouraging the graduating cadets to uphold the values they have learned throughout their ROTC journey.

On March 22, 2026, the 14th Training Day of the Basic ROTC program was conducted at the Villaflores College Gymnasium. The activity started with drills, a review of the Manual of Arms, and a flag-raising ceremony led by the training staff. This was followed by the administration of the final examination for cadets and aspirants, assessing their knowledge and understanding of ROTC lessons. The training concluded before noon, successfully reinforcing discipline while evaluating the cadets’ overall learning.

On 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 15, 2026, the 13th Training Day of the Basic ROTC program was conducted at the Villaflores College Gymnasium. The activity began with drills and a review of the Manual of Arms led by the training staff. This was followed by a lecture from 𝑴𝒔𝒈 𝑭𝒆𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑭𝒖𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒊𝒕𝒐 (Ret) PA on the proper sequence of ceremonial parade, along with a discussion on the importance of ROTC in developing discipline among cadets. The training concluded before noon, successfully enhancing the cadets’ knowledge and military skills.

On 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 8, 2026, the 12th Training Day of the Basic ROTC program was conducted at the Villaflores College Gymnasium. The activity included drills, a review of the Manual of Arms, and a flag-raising ceremony led by the training staff. Afterwards, the Admin NCO gave instructions and presented a video message emphasizing the importance of ROTC and discipline in connection with National ROTC Month. The training concluded successfully before noon, reinforcing cadets’ military knowledge, discipline, and awareness.

With a Theme, “ANG INYONG MATATAG NG HUKBONG KATIHAN” and to the Basic ROTC Cadets for 2nd Semester, school year 2025-2026 held at 703rd (NOR) COMMUNITY DEFENCE CENTER, 7th REGIONAL COMMUNITY DEFENCE GROUP, RESCOM, PA, CAMP LEON KILAT, TANJAY CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, said activity ended at about 1130H same day.

On 010800 March 2026, VC ROTCU Conducted Drills and reviewing Manual of Arms trained by All the training staffs and GMA to the Basic ROTC Cadets. On 010900, same day, C/MAJ 𝑱𝑶𝑵𝑨𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑵 𝑩𝑶𝑹𝑩𝑬 1CL Instructor conducted lecture about Basic life support Heat Related and also our 𝑨𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒏 𝑵𝑪𝑶 𝑺𝑮𝑻 𝑯𝑨𝑹𝑽𝑬𝒀 𝑵𝑬𝑪𝑬𝑺𝑰𝑻𝑶 (SC) PA having a short instructions of our basic cadets/cadettes and aspirants and also how ROTC is important and it teach us how to discipline to the Basic ROTC Cadets, said activity ended at about 1130H on same day.

On 𝟏𝟓𝟎𝟗𝟎𝟎 February 2026, CMAJ 𝑱𝑰𝑳𝑳 𝑨𝑺𝑯𝑳𝑬𝒀 𝑹𝑨𝑴𝑰𝑹𝑬𝒁 1CL Instructor conducted lecture about Basic life support poisoning and also CMAJ 𝑲𝑯𝑨𝒀𝑬𝒁𝑬𝑬𝑳𝑯𝑰𝑬 𝑷𝑿𝑰𝑨𝑵𝑬𝑳 𝑨𝑪𝑨𝑺 1CL lecture about Basic Life Support Steps in First Aid and how ROTC is important and it teach us how to discipline to the Basic ROTC Cadets and also conducted drills and reviewing Manual of Arms trained by All the training staffs and GMA to the Basic ROTC Cadets on the same day.
