3 Must-Do Stretches Before You Run!
A great run starts with proper prep. Going straight from your desk to the pavement can be a shock to your system and increases the risk of injury.
Instead of old-school static holds (which are best for after your run), try these 3 dynamic stretches to warm up your muscles and get your blood flowing.
