🏆🥇 Arena FIDE Master Jericho Benedict Reyes of Christian Faith Montessori - Cabanatuan City also proved his mastery as Standard Format Champion, earning the gold medal and securing his CLRAA 2026 slot!

🌟 Nicholo Calix Acaban of Good Samaritan College - Cabanatuan City delivered an impressive showing, finishing 4th Place in Standard Format—a strong performance that highlights his growing potential and dedication to the sport.

Tarlac City, August 25, 2025 – The 2nd Kings Core Academy (KCA) & Chess Geek Hub (CGH) Open FIDE-Rated Rapid Chess Tournament successfully concluded at SM City Tarlac, bringing together some of the region’s most promising chess players in a day filled with strategy, focus, and sportsmanship.
