While our studio break was originally scheduled until June 10, we’ll be opening select classes early from June 8–10 before a short pause again on June 12–13.
A few mornings of movement before our full return just felt right ☼
We’ll be fully back to regular schedules by June 15.

Heads up, Solei friends! We’ll be away for a few weeks, but we promise to be back just before Independence Day ✌️
In the meantime, don’t forget to engage those cores and practice mindful breathing even in your everyday movements. Small movements still matter.

We’re currently completing our advanced STOTT Pilates ICCB training, focused on expanding our work beyond the reformer to include The chair, Cadillac, and Barrel.
This allows us to better maximize each piece of equipment and tailor sessions based on your body, your goals, and where you are in your movement journey.
