𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗠𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧 successfully brought together healthcare, legal service, and community outreach through its Wave 3 activities featuring a Free Eye Mission, Operation Tuli, and Free Legal Assistance program spearheaded by the Lex Societas Sclopetaria Legis of the Tarlac State University School of Law held on May 23, 2026 at Brgy. San Juan Bautista Elementary School, Tarlac City.

The initiative aimed to strengthen access to both medical and legal assistance, particularly highlighting the conduct of free eye check-ups and consultations for community beneficiaries. The outreach program reflected the organization’s continuing commitment to bridge the gap between health services and justice through meaningful public service.

The event was led by Brother Jhai Bartolome, President of the organization, with the full support of Dean Peng Dela Rama, Dean of the Tarlac State University School of Law. Their leadership emphasized the importance of extending legal education beyond the classroom and into community-centered initiatives that promote compassion, service, and social responsibility.

More than a service initiative, Project MULAT served as a manifestation of unity and brotherhood among law students and legal professionals, demonstrating how law schools can become active instruments of community development and public welfare. Through collaborative action and volunteerism, the activity reinforced the shared mission of future legal practitioners to uphold justice while responding to the immediate needs of society. ⚖️

The successful conduct of the Medical Eye Care Mission – Wave 2 stands as a testament to what genuine community service can achieve when fueled by unity, dedication, and purpose. Through the collective efforts of the officers and members of Lex Societas Sclopetaria Legis, in partnership with the Barangay Councils of Brgy. Burot, Tarlac City and Brgy. Sta. Rosa, Concepcion, along with external partner, Victoria Eye Center, almost 200 individuals were given access to quality eye care and compassionate service.

The organization likewise extends its sincerest gratitude to Dean Peng Dela Rama, Dean of the TSU School of Law, for his unwavering support, encouragement, and guidance in making the initiative possible. The LSSL also expresses gratitude to sponsors, medical professionals, and volunteers who contributed to the mission’s success.

As aspiring defenders of justice and advocates of public welfare, the members continue to uphold the belief that genuine leadership is measured by one’s willingness to serve others.
