During a match too many voices giving different instructions can confuse a child and cause hesitation. Instead of focusing on the match, they may start looking to the crowd for guidance.
The best support you can give is your encouragement. Let the coach do the coaching, let the referee do the judging and you continue being your child's biggest supporter win or learn.
