📋 ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

✔ Players must be born on January 1, 2009 or later
✔ Must be physically fit
✔ Teams must represent a School (LGU/Club logos allowed on uniforms)
✔ Players must be enrolled within the same region

💰 ENTRY FEE

💵 PHP 10,000.00 per team
📌 Must be paid at least one week before eliminations to secure your slot

🏆 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

• 12–16 Teams: Pool system
• Top 2 teams per pool → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Finals
• Format may adjust depending on number of teams

🏅 Top teams will advance to the Cluster Finals!

The National Referee Candidate and Refresher Course is happening on March 9–14, 2026 in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan!

This program is an initiative of Hon. Maria Rosario B. Soriano and the Philippine National Volleyball Federation in partnership with the Tuguegarao City Volleyball Club and the Cagayan Valley Association of Sports Arbiters and Coaches.

Whether you are aspiring to become a National Referee or looking to refresh and upgrade your officiating credentials, this course is designed to elevate your technical knowledge and prepare you for higher-level competitions.
