Hi gym bodies. I'm Jessan Calusin, 53 y/o. I was diagnosed with hypertension and borderline diabetic, and my blood pressure raised last year. My weight was around 80kg, and my waistline reached 35inches. I'm often suffer with my shoulder having limited movement, experiencing pain on my left knee and lower back pain. Upon consulting with my doctor and therapist they advised me to do exercise and diet in order to lose weight and maintain a normal blood pressure.
Coincidentally there was a new Gym open near my residence in Veinte Reales. With the help of their PT, in just a couple of months a drastic change in my body. My blood pressure has become normal again, and my shoulder, back and knee pain lessened.
My weight dropped from 80 kg. to 73 kg. In just 6 months. Thank you Active Gym for all the help and also for having a great staff, a very clean facility and all new equipment. Truly I will highly recommend the Gym. Good job.
