Adrian Bucol from Mampang dominated the competition in the National Weightlifting Championships in the M50-A lifting 80kg in sn**ch and 103kg in the clean & jerk with a total
lift of 183kg, after recently winning the gold in the Palarong Pambansa in Agusan del Sur, congratulations Adrian for outstanding performance!!!

Zamboanga City dominates the M45-A category Gold Silver and Bronze medalist Cyrell Jay Andalahao (Mercedes) , Louie Jay Dura ( Pasobolong) and John Ember Colonia (Mercedes) respectively in day2 competition. Congratulations!!!
