๐ŸŒฑ

Take a deep breath, check in with your loved ones, and give yourself the same kindness you would offer to others.

Dahan-dahan lang. Healing takes time. In times like these, let's heal together! ๐Ÿ’š

Many people face unique challenges that can affect both identity and peace of mind. For many LGBTQIA+ individuals, the road to wellness is often paved with unique challengesโ€”from family rejection and workplace stigma to the quiet struggle of finding inclusive healthcare.

Whether you are a member of the community, a parent trying to understand, or an ally wanting to help, this episode is for you. Mental health is a journey we should never have to walk alone.

Photos from ZCMC Department of Psychiatry's post 22/05/2026

Today, the Department of Psychiatry successfully conducted its monthly wellness activity entitled โ€œSleep Talkโ€ ๐ŸŒ™๐Ÿ’ค

We were honored to have Dr. Emely Wee Tsang-Ramos, ENT Specialist and Sleep Medicine fellow, share her expertise and valuable insights on the role of quality sleep in improving physical health, mental wellness, productivity, and overall quality of life.

The activity was attended by psychiatry consultants, psychiatry and ENT residents, psychologists, nurses, medical and psychology interns โ€” all coming together to promote awareness on the importance of healthy sleep habits and holistic well-being.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Tsang-Ramos for inspiring us to prioritize rest, recovery, and healthier sleep practices in our daily lives. ๐Ÿค
