Today, the Department of Psychiatry successfully conducted its monthly wellness activity entitled โSleep Talkโ ๐๐ค
We were honored to have Dr. Emely Wee Tsang-Ramos, ENT Specialist and Sleep Medicine fellow, share her expertise and valuable insights on the role of quality sleep in improving physical health, mental wellness, productivity, and overall quality of life.
The activity was attended by psychiatry consultants, psychiatry and ENT residents, psychologists, nurses, medical and psychology interns โ all coming together to promote awareness on the importance of healthy sleep habits and holistic well-being.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Tsang-Ramos for inspiring us to prioritize rest, recovery, and healthier sleep practices in our daily lives. ๐ค
