The leagues are rapidly taking over international cricket. We lost a beast in de Villiers too soon from the international arena. Now, this man, who was perhaps the best finisher in the world right now.

At the very least, should've played the T20 WC 2026 & ODI WC 2027.

Kept vouching for this man & no matter how many runs he scored, people always responded with 'Not international material' without even allowing him a fair chance.

Since the last 5 years, he's simply been unstoppable in every tournament. And fans didn't want him in the team based on the 6 T20Is he's played in the last 7 years. That too sometimes at No.5-7 batting position.

He's had to fight & claw his way back into the team & he's delivered immediately.

Hope people will start to show him some respect now. A run-machine since the past half a decade.
