I’ve spent the past 5.5 years mainly focusing on teaching others yoga and fitness and what a pleasure it has been to teach and befriend so many amazing women but during that time I neglected my own health and fitness. I am finally getting the chance to focus on my own fitness Alhumdulillah (praise be to God)
My goals this time are:
• higher endurance
• more strength
• low body fat percentage
• lean body mass
• improved mental health
• making fitness loving friends

You don’t need a reformer machine to do Pilates. You can do Matt Pilates from the comfort of your home.
It will tone your legs and obliques like anything.
1. Clam leg extensions.
2. Lateral leg raises.
3. Leg circles.
You can do it even on the days you feel lazy 💫

Do this exercise daily for 5 minutes to calm your nerves and overcome anxiety.
1. Join your lower back to the wall.
2. Place your legs on the wall.
3. Feel your hamstrings stretch at the back of legs.
4. Deeply inhale and exhale
5. Repeat the mantra “I am healing” and “I am calm”
