We are hiring a customer service representative to manage Customer Services, customer queries and complaints for Australia Based company.
Responsibilities:
✓Answering customer's queries and trying to resolve
✓ You will also be asked to process orders and ✓Excellent communication skills.
✓Answering customer's questions on the phone.
✓Identify and assess customer needs to achieve
Min. 1-year experience working in a Call Center as a CSR.
✓ Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
✓ Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
✓The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting
Job Timings:
Night Shift (3Am-11Am)
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: 40k + Bonus/Commision
