Nishtar Hockey Club Islamabad made in early 80's in T&T Colony with effect of Qazi Atta Ur Rehman.
Nishtar Hockey Club Islamabad & Rising Star Hockey Club Islamabad are Registerd / Affiliated with IHA.Clubs contribute their efforts for promotion of Hockey in Islamabad. In Early 90's Club Ground was Shifted Eastern Corner of F-9 Park (Fatima Jinnah Park) next to F-8 PTCL Exchange. in Mid 2004-05 CDA made a new 9th Avenue though NHC Ground as well Diamond Cricket Ground and Elven Star Cricket Club Ground, and demolished all these sport grounds.

اسلام آباد- پاکستان ہاکی فیڈریشن کی جانب سے آئے ہوئے الیکشن کمیشن اور سکرونٹی ٹیم جن میں اولمپین ناصرعلی،رانا حمد لیاقت نے شرکت کی جنہوں نے باضابطہ طورپر اعلان کیا کہ انٹرنیشنل ایمپائر سہیل اکرم جنجوعہ اور ان کا پینل 6کے مقابلے میں 11ووٹ سے کامیاب قرارپائی ہے تو اسی اثناء میں واپس لاہور جاتے ہوئے اپوزیشن پینل کو بس اسٹینڈ پر بلا کر پاکستان ہاکی فیڈریشن کی فون کال آنے کے بعد جیتے ہوئے پینل کو ہرادیاگیا۔
ایسے لوگ ہی پاکستان میں ہاکی کابیٹرہ غرق کرنے والے ہیں جنہوں نے قومی کھیل کو برباد کرکے رکھ دیا۔یاد رہے کہ جب کامیاب ہونے والے پینل کا اعلان کیا گیا تو اس وقت میڈیا کے نمائندے اور ویڈیو کی ریکاڈرنگ بھی موجود ہے۔
ہم چیف پیٹرن پاکستان ہاکی فیڈریشن وزیر اعظم پاکستان۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل پاکستان سپورٹس بورڈاور سپورٹس منسٹری بین الصوبائی سے یہ مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کے پاکستان ہاکی فیڈریشن کا ملک بھر میں جعلی سکرونٹی کے نام پر اور جعلی کلبوں اور جعلی ایسوسی ایشن کےانعقادکو روکا جائے

Distribution of hockey sticks among the players of Nishtar Hockey Club Islamabad, sponsored by Shah Hockey Shah Sports International,
In the presence of Mr. Qazi Attaur Rahman, Former General Secretary Islamabad Hockey Association, President Nishtar Hockey Club Islamabad. He was accompanied by Mr. Syed Khyber Ali, Regional Manager North Steps Forward Private Limited, and Sohail Akram Janjua International Hockey Umpire. On this occasion, the management of the club and the players thanks to Poland-based Tahir Ali Shah who is also the owner of Shah Sports International. And reiterating the commitment that encouraging players at the club level with such sponsors will create passion and excitement among the new players at the grass roots level.
