فَاطِرُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَٰجًۭا وَمِنَ ٱلْأَنْعَـٰمِ أَزْوَٰجًۭا ۖ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ ۚ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِۦ شَىْءٌۭ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْبَصِيرُ
وہ آسمانوں اور زمین کا بنانے والاہے، اس نے تمہارے لیے تم میں سے جوڑے بنائے اور چوپایوں سے جوڑے بنائے۔ اس (جوڑے)سے تمہاری نسل پھیلاتا ہے، اس جیسا کوئی نہیں اور وہی سننے والا،دیکھنے والا ہے۔

Life and matter follow the same rules of geometry…
Geometry serves as the unseen architecture of the natural world, dictating the structure of everything from microscopic cells to the vast reaches of the cosmos.
In biology, these patterns are driven by efficiency and survival. Honeybees construct hexagonal combs to maximize storage while minimizing material, while sunflowers and shells grow in logarithmic spirals to optimize sunlight capture and structural integrity. Even within the human body, the branching of neurons and the double helix of DNA follow precise geometric constraints that ensure stability and functionality across the lifespan.
This mathematical consistency extends into the heavens, where gravity and motion mold matter into spheres, disks, and spirals. Planets form as spheres because they represent the most energy-efficient shape under gravity, while spiral galaxies trace near-perfect curves to maintain rotation without tearing apart. Ultimately, these recurring shapes—from the fractals in a tree to the topology of the brain—are not coincidental. They are the inevitable result of physical laws seeking the most stable and scalable solutions, proving that geometry is the fundamental language of the universe.

اسلام کی وسعتِ نظر اور انجینئر محمد علی مرزا کا معاملہ

گزشتہ دنوں انجینئر محمد علی مرزا صاحب کے خلاف جو فضا بنائی گئی ہے، اس میں سب سے زیادہ موضوعِ بحث اُن کی ایک گفتگو ہے جسے سیاق و سباق سے کاٹ کر پیش کیا جا رہا ہے۔ الزام یہ ہے کہ انہوں نے توہینِ رسالت ﷺ کی ہے۔ مگر اگر معاملے کو علمی اور قرآنی نقطہ نظر سے دیکھا جائے تو حقیقت اس کے بالکل برعکس ہے۔

📖 قرآن کی روشنی میں اہلِ کتاب سے نکاح

قرآن مجید نے سورہ المائدہ (آیت 5) میں صاف الفاظ میں اہلِ کتاب کی عورتوں سے نکاح کو جائز قرار دیا ہے۔ یہ وہی اہلِ کتاب ہیں جو حضرت محمد ﷺ کو نبی نہیں مانتے۔ بعض تاریخی عیسائی لٹریچر میں تو معاذ اللہ سخت الفاظ استعمال کیے گئے، یہاں تک کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کو (نعوذ باللہ) جھ**ٹا یا دج**ل کہا گیا۔ اس حقیقت کے باوجود قرآن نے ان کے ساتھ ازدواجی رشتہ حلال قرار دیا۔

اس سے اسلام کی رواداری اور وسعتِ نظر واضح ہوتی ہے کہ دین نے صرف نظریاتی اختلاف کی بنیاد پر سماجی و خاندانی تعلقات کو ممنوع قرار نہیں دیا۔ گویا اسلام یہ سبق دیتا ہے کہ اپنے ایمان پر قائم رہتے ہوئے دوسروں کے ساتھ بھی عدل، حسنِ سلوک اور توازن رکھا جائے۔

🖋 انجینئر مرزا کا مؤقف

انجینئر محمد علی مرزا صاحب نے اسی تاریخی اور قرآنی نکتے کو بیان کیا۔ وہ یہ نہیں کہہ رہے تھے کہ کسی گستاخ سے نکاح کرنا درست ہے (جیسا کہ بعض لوگ الزام لگا رہے ہیں) بلکہ وہ یہ واضح کر رہے تھے کہ چونکہ عیسائی نبی اکرم ﷺ کو تسلیم نہیں کرتے، اور بعض نے تاریخ میں سخت جملے کہے، اس کے باوجود قرآن نے ان سے نکاح کو حلال قرار دیا۔

یہ دراصل اسلام کے تحمل کو سمجھانے کی کوشش تھی، نہ کہ کسی نعوذ باللہ توہین کا ارتکاب۔

⚖️ الزام کیوں بے بنیاد ہے؟

اگر یہ بات توہینِ رسالت ﷺ ہوتی تو پھر خود قرآن کی آیت پر اعتراض لازم آتا (نعوذ باللہ)، جو سراسر کفر ہے۔

انجینئر مرزا نے محض ایک فقہی و قرآنی نکتہ بیان کیا، نہ کہ اپنا کوئی باطل عقیدہ پیش کیا۔

ہاں، یہ ضرور کہا جا سکتا ہے کہ الفاظ کے انتخاب میں زیادہ احتیاط ہونی چاہیے تھی تاکہ بد نیت لوگ اس کو ہتھیار نہ بنا سکیں۔

🕌 نتیجہ

یہ حقیقت تسلیم کرنی ہوگی کہ انجینئر مرزا کے ماننے والے کوئی نیا فرقہ نہیں بناتے بلکہ وہ قرآن و صحیح حدیث کی طرف رجوع کرنے کے داعی ہیں۔ ان کا اصل کام فرقہ واریت کا رد اور نوجوانوں کو دین کی اصل بنیادوں کی طرف لانا ہے۔ ایسے شخص کو بلاوجہ فتوؤں اور بے بنیاد الزامات کے ذریعے نشانہ بنانا دراصل اسلام کے حقیقی چہرے کو مسخ کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔

اسلام ایک ایسا دین ہے جس نے اپنے پیروکاروں کو عدل، تحمل اور وسعتِ نظر کا درس دیا۔ انجینئر مرزا نے اسی نکتے کی وضاحت کی۔ ان پر توہینِ رسالت ﷺ کا الزام نہ صرف
بے بنیاد ہے بلکہ قرآن کے اصل پیغام کو بھی مسخ کرنے کے مترادف ہے۔

میری حیثیت کچھ نہیں، ایک عام انسان کی سی ہے، مگر اپنے خیالات بیان کرنے کا حق ضرور رکھتا ہوں۔ میں نے اپنی پچھلی فیس بُک پوسٹس اور ٹویٹس میں انجینئر محمد علی مرزا صاحب سے گزارش کی تھی کہ وہ سیاسی تبصروں سے دُور رہیں، کیونکہ اُن کی اصل طاقت دین کی خالص اور علمی وضاحت ہے۔ وہ اسلام کو کتاب و سنت کی روشنی میں پیش کرتے ہیں، فرقہ وارانہ تحریفات کو رد کرتے ہیں اور نوجوانوں کو توحید و دلیل کی راہ دکھاتے ہیں۔

مگر جب کوئی دینی اسکالر محض مذہبی گفتگو سے آگے بڑھ کر ریاستی اور سیاسی اداروں پر بھی تبصرہ کرے تو یہ اکثر ایک ایسی "Red-Lineر" بن جاتی ہے جسے عبور کرنا خطرے سے خالی نہیں۔ مذہبی اسٹیبلشمنٹ اور ریاستی اسٹیبلشمنٹ دونوں فوراً متوجہ ہو جاتے ہیں، کیونکہ ایسے بیانات اُن کے بیانیے اور مفادات کو براہِ راست چیلنج کرتے ہیں۔

ہمارا ماضی اس حقیقت کا گواہ ہے کہ مذہبی طبقہ فتوے اور جذباتی دباؤ فراہم کرتا ہے، جبکہ ریاستی ادارے قانونی اور جبر کے ہتھیار استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ یہی گٹھ جوڑ ہم نے ضیاء الحق کے دور میں، آسیہ بی بی کیس میں اور ٹی ایل پی کے احتجاجوں میں بارہا دیکھا ہے۔ اسی تسلسل میں اسلامی نظریاتی کونسل (CII) کا حالیہ فیصلہ بھی سمجھنا چاہیے۔ کونسل نے انجینئر مرزا کے خلاف اپنے “فقہی” تجزیے کو سامنے رکھا، لیکن یہ تجزیہ دراصل اسٹیبلشمنٹ کے فیصلے کو مذہبی جواز دینے کے مترادف ہے۔ یوں لگتا ہے جیسے ریاست نے اپنے ارادے کو علما کے فتوے سے “شرعی پردہ” فراہم کر لیا ہو، تاکہ عوام کو لگے یہ سب کچھ مذہب کے نام پر ہو رہا ہے، حالانکہ پسِ منظر میں سیاسی و ریاستی مصلحتیں کام کر رہی ہیں۔

انجینئر مرزا کی گرفتاری کو اسی تناظر میں سمجھنا چاہیے۔ اُن کی علمی وضاحت نے علما کو بے چین کیا، لیکن جب اُنہوں نے سیاسی معاملات پر بھی لب کشائی کی تو یہ ریاست کے لیے بھی ناقابلِ قبول بن گیا۔ اور جب مذہبی و ریاستی اسٹیبلشمنٹ دونوں ایک ساتھ ناراض ہو جائیں تو ردِعمل ہمیشہ سخت اور فوری آتا ہے۔
