Getting the most from your cleanse...
1) Be prepared....
Make sure that you have planned 9 days with no social events so you are not tempted to cheat or cut your cleanse early
2) Plan your free foods
Make sure that you have taken a look on page 15 of your booklet and planned what foods you will eat on your first two days.
3) Have your shake as late as possible in the first two days
For me this makes a massive difference to really help with the first two days to help avoid feeling hungry
4 ) Drink enough water
I always find that if I don't fill a bottle and have it with me throughout the day I forget to drink water and lets face it we all know we should be drinking 2 litres a day.
Keeping hydrated throughout your cleanse too will help to keep you feeling full
5) Take before and after pictures
You dont have to post them on your social media or share them unless you want to of course but sometimes its easy to forget how much progress you make in the 9 days and pictures will really help you keep motivated to carry on with your results
6) Have a plan for after your cleanse
People can slip back into bad habits if they don't have a plan to carry on with. Your energy levels are increased because if the drinking gel, your body is seeing the benefits of your supplements and shakes, why not pick certain aspects to continue with on a daily basis to keep you on track
