Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Redefining Leadership for Women In Pakistan’s corporate landscape, women encounter challenges navigating traditional gender roles that influence workplace dynamics. Despite recent progress, women remain underrepresented in top leadership positions, hindered by the metaphorical "glass ceiling.

Leadership is not just a job, it's a responsibility. As leaders, we must strive to help those around us, especially women. Unfortunately, women are often overlooked for leadership positions. However, once given the opportunity, we must be cautious and do our best to support and empower other women.

I am happy to share that I recently had the opportunity to speak about women's leadership in AML and CFT. It is crucial that we continue to have these conversations and take action to create more opportunities for women in leadership roles. Let's work together to break down barriers and create a more equitable future for all.
