Sunday at PIA Ground

Kaghzian Stars secured a 22-run victory over Pak Warrior in a competitive league encounter, thanks to a dominant half-century by Naushad Ahmed and a disciplined collective bowling performance.

First Innings: Kaghzian Stars
After being put in to bat, the Kaghzian Stars posted a total of 143/9 in their allotted 20 overs.

Bowling:
Fahad: The Middle-Order Wrecker🔥🔥🔥
Fahad’s spell was a masterclass in breaking the momentum. By removing key players like Muhammad Aqib (19) and Amaan Ali, he dismantled the engine room of the Stars' batting lineup. His figures of 3/27 reflect a bowler who isn't afraid to go for wickets, consistently forcing errors from the batters.

Bilal: The Precision Striker🔥🔥🔥
Bilal proved to be the ultimate partnership breaker. His dismissal of the set and dangerous Naushad Ahmed (53) was the turning point of the innings. Without Bilal’s timely intervention to remove the top scorer, the Pak Warrior would have faced a much steeper chase.

The Stats That Hurt
Stifling the Stars: Between them, they took 6 wickets, ensuring that the Kaghzian Stars' tail was exposed much earlier than planned.

Clinical Finishing: Both bowlers maintained high intensity, with Bilal specifically showing great control to finish with 3 wickets while keeping the Stars under constant threat.

Second Innings: Pak Warrior
Chasing 144 for victory, Pak Warrior struggled to build momentum and were eventually bundled out for 121 in 19.4 overs.

Resistance: Shariq Khan played a patient knock of 39 off 40 balls, while Abdul Basit added 30, but the rest of the batting lineup failed to provide significant support.
