AURA - Al Umeed Rehabilitation Association for Cerebral Palsy

Parents Teacher Meeting was conducted at AURA on 22nd May 2026, bringing together parents, teachers, and therapists to review the children’s progress and development.

A heartfelt thank you to BYCO for generosity, care, and for making beautiful memories with our AURA family. 💙🌟
The BYCO team spent a wonderful and memorable time with the children at AURA, sharing moments of joy, laughter, and togetherness.
They brought goody bags and arranged lunch for both the children and staff.
They also presented a donation to AURA, 🍱🎁
The team was warmly welcomed by President Munizeh Ali Habib and the General Secretary Abida Memon of AURA.

A team from Institute of Holistic Rehabilitation and Inclusion Mr. Shoaib Ghaziani ( Director/ co founder IHRI), Ms. Saher Hameed (Deputy Head, IHRI), and Mr. Atifur Rehman from Optical Palace visited AURA today for hearing assessment conducted for children.
They met with Ms. Abida Memon (General Secretary), Muhammad Salahuddin (Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Saifur Rahman (Administrator), and Mrs. Amtul Abbas (Director – Rehabilitation & Inclusive Section) to discuss hearing needs of children. 💙✨

The WonderTree team — Mr. Muhammad Waqas and Ms. Tooba Shakeel — visited on Tuesday, 28th April, and met with our office bearers: Dr. Habiba Hasan (Vice President), Ms. Abida Memon (General Secretary), Ms. Ghazala Mushir (General Body Member), and Dr. Amtul Abbas (Director, AURA).

The meeting focused on engaging games specially designed for children with Cerebral Palsy, highlighting the role of technology in enhancing learning and therapy 💙

We are proud to share that Al-Umeed Rehabilitation Association had the honor of participating in this prestigious event organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD) at CM House. on 16th April 2026.
Syed Murad Ali Shah, Honorable Chief Minister of Sindh, addressed a ceremony , where cheques were distributed for the provision of assistive devices to persons with disabilities.

✨ A heartwarming day at Aura on 7th April! ✨ Students from City School, along with their coordinator Ms. Urooj, participated in community service by distributing Eid gifts to children 💖.

A special welcome by General Secretary Abida Memon, Vice President Dr. Habiba Hasan, Treasurer Mr. Naved Memon , COO Muhammad Salahudin, and Administrator Mr. Saifur Rahman 🌟.

Our little artists from Aura visited Dawood Public School on 2nd April for the Art Activity: 'The World Through My Eyes' 🎨✨. every child painted their unique vision of the world 🌟🖌️."
