Teachers' Resource Centre The Teachers’ Resource Centre (TRC) is a non-profit, non-government teacher training organisation. We have also launched the TRC-IECE.

The Teachers’ Resource Centre is widely associated with providing quality teacher education and training across Pakistan. We were the first non-profit, non-government organization established in 1986, by a group of educationists to raise teaching benchmarks in both government and private sector schools around the country. Over the years our workshop programme has grown rapidly and has greatly contributed to the professional growth of teachers. Beyond workshops, TRC’s continues to provide support to schools and their staff. We have a follow-up programme for our workshops and also offer intensive classroom support to schools that request it. That’s the TRC-Institute of Early Childhood Education, which awards a one-year international ECE certificate to in-service and pre-service teachers and anyone else, who is concerned with bringing up children in today’s rapidly changing world.

To all the teachers, thank you for the time, patience, and care you put into teaching us every day. You do far more than deliver lessons. You challenge us to think, encourage us when we struggle, and believe in us even when we doubt ourselves.

Your effort often goes unseen, from the late night preparation to the extra explanations and the quiet support. We see it, and we’re grateful for it. What we learn from you stays with us long after the classroom.

⏳ The countdown is officially on! 🌍✨

Two years ago, on September 30, 2024, we took a monumental leap forward for education and environmental stewardship in Pakistan. Together with our partners, the Teachers’ Resource Centre (TRC) proudly introduced Pakistan’s very first Introductory Curriculum on Climate Change Education and Teachers’ Toolkit (Grades 1–10)!

From shaping young minds to embedding practical sustainability, climate science, and green action directly into classrooms, this milestone changed the narrative of how we prepare our children for tomorrow.

As we approach the 2-year anniversary of that historic launch day in Islamabad, we are looking back at how far we've come—and looking ahead to the generation of climate leaders we are building together. 🌱💚
