SHINE Humanity Pakistan and Teachers' Resource Centre (TRC) have signed an MoU to strengthen the quality of education at Roshan Sitaray Community School in Chilya, District Thatta.

Through this partnership, TRC will support curriculum development, teacher training, classroom improvement and student assessment, while SHINE will continue supporting the school’s management, infrastructure and operational needs.

The collaboration also feeds directly into SHINE's Healthy School Initiative, which works to transform schools into spaces that nurture children's physical wellbeing alongside their academic growth. By working alongside TRC to strengthen the academic environment at Roshan Sitaray Community School in Chilya, Sindh, we are reinforcing our long-standing commitment to holistic community wellbeing one where health and education are treated as two sides of the same goal.

We recently wrapped up an inspiring professional development workshop titled "Teaching Civic Responsibility in 21st Century Schools" at the Teachers' Resource Centre. Led by TRC's Ali Gohar, the session brought together 15 passionate middle and secondary school teachers to explore modern, practical ways to foster empathy, social awareness, and ethical leadership in the classroom.
