KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) will meet Mah Rose in the opening match of the KCCA Inter-departmental Cricket League at the TMC Ground here on Tuesday, the Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) has announced.

KCCA president Prof Ejaz Ahmed Faruqi will be the chief guest and inaugurate the tournament.

The tournament is being organised by the KCCA in which 25 departments, who are affiliated with KCCA, are participating.

All matches will be played on 45-over per side side basis under the PCB/KCCA tournament rules.

The competing teams are:

K-Electric, Karachi Port Trust (KPT), Sindh Police, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), FBR, Mah Rose, Practical Schooling System, Al-Mustafa Associates, Innovators, Dubai Hawks, Rangoonwala, SMS Business, Anees Hussain & Co, Shahid Afridi Foundation, Super Quality Foods, Saudi International, Pakistan Customs MCC Preventive Service Club, Shahab & Co, A.J. Brothers, Sara Solar (Pvt) Limted,, I.D. Tech Pakistan, Soni Associates, Jason Lubricants, Shan Foods, Tana Bana.
