With 18 years in the fitness industry, *Sumayya* started as a *yoga instructor* , then moved into *HIIT, bootcamps, and personal training* — helping *hundreds of women* crush their fitness goals.

She’s certified in *Les Mills, ** *HEF Training** & *HWPO* , worked in top gyms for 13 years, and spent 2 years as a *freelance personal trainer* before launching her dream: *HIITF**T STUDIO* — a space built to *empower women through fitness and wellness.*

*At 43 years old, a mother of three and a grandmother* , Sumayya is living proof that age is just a number. Her mission through *HIITF**T STUDIO* is to empower women through fitness and wellness, helping them build strength, confidence, and balance in every stage of life.
