Damya Khan has won the DC Lahore Azadi Cup National Junior Open Squash Championship 2026.

In the Senior Women’s category, Damya delivered an impressive performance and defeated Marium Malik 3–1 in the final to claim the championship title.

Pakistani Scrabble lions roar in Kenya!

Pakistan emerged as the winning team at the 21st World Youth Scrabble Championship in Nairobi Kenya for the 7th time

The Pakistani wordsmiths dominated the championship and won the highest number of trophies

Pakistan won the team trophy while India and Nigeria Finished 2nd and 3rd respectively

The individual prize was won by Dineth Fernando of Australia while Sam Crispen of England finished 2nd

Three Pakistani players finished in the top ten

Ahmed Salman won the title of under-16 world champion while another Pakistani Bilal Asher was the runner up

Ahad Saulat Fatimi became the under-14 world champion

Mustafa Farhan was the runner-up in the under-12 category

The youngest player in the team Taymur Waseem won the under-10 world champion title. Taymur had also won the under-8 world title last year

Runner up in the under 10 category was Pakistan’s Ebrahim Hassan

The award for the highest word was won by Ayaan Hassan Khan for the word OXIDATES for 185 points

The highest one game score of the championship was also made by Pakistan’s Aehzam Siddiqui

183 players from 11 countries participated in the championship but Pakistan walked away with most of the trophies
