Guaranteed mass gain to skinny boy.
Reduce No. of reps,
reduce No. of sets,
Reduce No. of exercises per day.
Only do
6 reps in each set,
3 set of each exercise, and
5 to 6 types of exercises per day.
The logic behind is "reduce calories loss, gain weigh."
