One decision. One incredible journey. 💙

Today, we celebrated the anniversary of MCP, a journey that began with the courage to step away from a toxic environment and build something healthier, stronger, and truly our own.

What started as a small step has grown into a community of 100+ runners who show up, support each other, run together, and keep moving forward. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Today wasn’t just about an anniversary. It was about celebrating freedom, friendship, growth, and the people who made MCP what it is today.

Here’s to the miles we’ve already conquered, the memories we’ve made, and the many more miles ahead. ❤️

What a day! ❤️‍🔥
Today, we came together to honour the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of our heroes through the Defence Day Run, held at New Malir Falcon Complex in collaboration with Summer Splash 🇵🇰
With 90+ participants joining us, the energy, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit were truly unforgettable. Every step was a tribute to those who have served our nation and continue to inspire generations. 🇵🇰🫡

A special honour to have Group Capt. (Retd.) Azeem Sabir join us as our Chief Guest. Thank you, Sir, for being a part of this memorable day and for supporting our initiative.
