Fit Freak proudly celebrated Pakistan’s 79th Independence Day during ladies’ time, with Mrs. Abdul Muqeem, wife of our gym owner, cutting the cake and leading the celebrations alongside our wonderful lady members and female trainers. 🇵🇰✨
The celebration continued with everyone joining together in singing the National Anthem, making the moment truly special and memorable.

After an incredible 2-month journey filled with fitness, learning, confidence, teamwork, and fun, we celebrated the achievements of our amazing young champions! 🌟
Each child was personally presented with a Participation Certificate by our Proprietors, Mr. & Mrs. Abdul Muqeem, along with a special Fit Freak Gym Towel and a customized water bottle engraved with their name—a keepsake to remember this wonderful experience. 🎁💧
Watching every child walk up with a smile to receive their certificate was a proud moment for all of us. We are grateful to our dedicated trainers, supportive parents, and, most importantly, our enthusiastic Fit Freak Juniors who made this program such a memorable success.

🏠 "Stranger in the House" – Teaching Children to Recognize Risk and Stay Safe
In collaboration with Roshni Helpline, a leading NGO dedicated to missing children and children's wellbeing, this important session will be conducted by Mr. Alishan, Senior Manager Research & Training.
