I had a little rant, and it’s something you BEAUTIFUL HUMANS need to hear 📢 So many hardworking women are genuinely upset with their physical progress, only because the visual result doesn’t look like the airbrushed diva media bombards us with. I was legit the same, and I still sometimes slip. I mean, THE IMAGES ARE EVERYWHERE right?! 🙈
It’s easy to complicate it, but here’s my advice to myself and YOU:
🥊Get strong, both in the gym AND OUTSIDE.
🥊Eat well. Get even stronger.
Whatever your goals are, to compare is T.O.X.I.C and aint nobody got time for that...
*No disrespect, no judgment. I’m in the same human skin you are and the journey is up and down for all of us*

Be THAT juicy blueberry in someone’s dry af day 👩🏻🎤
You know your girl’s a sucker for everyday analogies (amalogies?) and today I wanna talk about teeny tiny movements that can lift someone’s entire day up.
Personally, my failsafe ‘good deed’ is holding the door open for people, EVEN if theyre a way’s way behind me. You create an inevitable moment of connection; sweet and awkward and fantastic all at the same time 😂
Here are some other little ways to prod at a stranger’s heart today:
1-SMILE if you catch someone’s eye
2-If you see a group of people struggling to snap the perf selfie, offer your services! Hold the camera high cos y’know... flattering angles are everything 😂
3-Compliment an acquaintance on something they’re wearing, or how they look today (Personal experience preaches that this is definite magic)
4-If you’re living with someone, or in a shared office space, get your buddy a glass of water. Oh and drink one yourself cos y’know... hydration is the key to world peace.
5-Send a friend a gif or a meme that reminded you of them. DON’T tag them, aint nobody got time for that impersonal shizz. SAVE it and SEND it on your ONE ON ONE chat window. SAY you’re thinking of them.
