The National Games 2025 come to an end and Team Islamabad make us proud! Maham Alis's two bronzes in the 100 m and 200m breastroke put Islamabad on the medal map once again! Mayha Ahmed is our new shining star...one of the youngest participants in a field full of stars she put in a stellar performance. IWSA is proud of our girls ❤️

Swimmers interested in upcoming Quaid E Azam Inter-Provincial Games
Venue PSB pool Islamabad
Tentative Dates December 13-19, 2024
Age requirement under 22, i.e. born 2002 or after
The aforementioned Games are not an age-group tournament. They will be conducted on the lines of an open tournament.
Only athletes representing Islamabad and Provincial teams are eligible to participate *Department team players are not eligible*.
Players are requested to fill the required form, and attach your cnic or b-forms two copies each along with two( 2) passport size photographs. Please have delivered by Sunday November10th, by 06:00 pm.

We say goodbye to Lahore after attending a superbly organized event ...the Pakistan Swimming Federation shows how it's done!!!! Heartiest congratulations to Pak Swimming Federation and Pakistan Women's Swimming Association ... it is an honour to be part of the system.

Day 2 : National Age Group Boys and Girls Swimming Championship 2024.... A good day for team Islamabad, personal bests for each swimmer and an exciting silver for Zahra Akbar in the 50 m backstroke, a photofinish and tie for silver. Well done, team Islamabad!
