Warm-up(Importance)
Warm up is not the same as stretching, it should be avoided when the muscles are cold. Warmth usually involves low-key cardiovascular activities such as walking or jogging before running. To warm up, use the same kind of muscles you plan to use for fitness activity. The length of your warm-up depends on how intense you want to exercise.
