Oatmeal with cheese and egg π³
Healthy and nutritious breakfast!
Ingredients:
Oatmeal flakes - Β½ cup
Eggs - 1 pc.
Grated cheese - 2 tbsp. l
Green onions - 1 tbsp. l
Salt - to taste
Pepper to taste
Cooking:
1. Prepare the oatmeal according to the package instructions.
2. When the porridge is almost ready, heat the pan and fry the egg. Try to keep the yolk liquid in the center. Usually it takes only 1-2 minutes.
3. Salt the ready oatmeal and place in a plate. Top with grated cheese, toasted egg and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Enjoy your meal!

Oatmeal bars for a tasty snack π
Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 225 g
Cashew Nuts / Pistachios - 110 g
Sunflower seeds / sesame seeds / flax seeds - 70 g
Dried Cranberries - 70 g
Honey - 150 g
Odorless vegetable oil or coconut - 60 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp. (optional)
Thyme - 2 sprigs
Mint - 2 sprigs
Cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 180 Β° C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Separately prepare the form - a small baking sheet with sides, also cover with baking paper.
3. In a bowl, mix nuts and oatmeal, put on a prepared baking sheet, dry in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally for even baking. Remove from the oven, cool.
4. Mint and thyme wash, dry. Finely chop the mint with a knife, remove only the leaves from the sprigs of thyme.
5. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, add the greens.
6. In a skillet, warm the honey and butter, not boiling. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry, add salt, mix everything.
7. Put the mixture into the prepared form with sides about 1.5 cm high, evenly distribute, having well tamped with a spatula.
8. Put the mold in the refrigerator for several hours to set. After the time has elapsed, remove the nut layer from the mold, cut the portioned bars with a sharp knife. For convenience, each bar can be packed in baking paper.

Frittata with pumpkin and herbs π
Ingredients:
Eggs - 7 pcs.
Pumpkin (baked sliced) - 1 cup
Spinach - a handful
Cheese (Parmesan grated) - β
cup
Coconut Milk - ΒΌ cup
Oil (olive) - 1 tbsp. l
Rosemary - to taste
Thyme - to taste
Cooking:
1. Beat eggs with coconut milk.
2. Add baked pumpkin, herbs and spinach. Mix well.
3. Heat a large frying pan. Grease with oil and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
4. Fry until cooked for 10β12 minutes on medium heat.
5. Serve the fritta hot, sprinkled with grated cheese.

Lazy oatmeal π
Tasty and easy!
Ingredients:
Oatmeal - 50 g
Milk - 100 g
Frozen or fresh berries - 50 g
(Can be replaced with any sliced fruit, banana)
Maple syrup or honey - 15 g
For feeding pomegranate seeds
Cooking:
1. Put berries / fruits in a portion glass.
2. Separately, in a bowl, mix oatmeal, milk, maple syrup, mix well. Put the oatmeal mixture in a glass on top of the berries and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, decorate with pomegranate seeds and seeds.
