Styles of yoga:
1) π§π»ββοΈSLOW FLOW - classes alternate between mindful Traditional (Hatha, Vinyasa) & Therapeutic (Restorative, Yin, Nidra, Ayurvedically inspired)
2) π€°PRENATAL - classes designed especially for moms-to-be in their 2nd trimester & beyond
Class timings:

2) π€°PRENATAL 7-8PM
- All classes are ladies only & will be conducted in-person in our Z block, Phase III DHA Lahore studio

Hi ladies! Introducing our most unique Zoom Online session to date, join us this February for truly FUNCTIONAL Yoga π accessible to all bodies, and customised to help you get what you want from your practice, we will be drawing from the Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, & Therapeutic schools of Yoga.
Session days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Session dates: Feb 2nd - 27th, 3x per week

Hi everyone! It's been a while...
After I taught my first-ever Zoom yoga class (accompanied by 5 other wonderful teachers) last week, it really got me thinking...perhaps this online stuff is doable π©π»βπ» consequently, in the next few days, I hope to share details of my first ever live, online yoga session.

To my dear yogi community, itβs been a long time (3 months) since I was active on my social media pages, and even longer (nearly 7 months) since I taught a class. Iβve been meaning to write this for a while now but to be honest have been in a state of transition...in nearly every aspect of my life. I will begin with the most important news of all first: I am currently NOT offering yoga classes in Lahore. I have moved to New York City to pursue a Masterβs in Spirituality Mind-Body Science from my dream school Columbia University in the City of New York .
My amazing clients who shared with me the last couple of months before I took the leap of faith, packed up and left, know exactly how much this meant to me; since I started teaching yoga in 2017, I knew I wanted to study yoga and allied alternative therapies to be able to explain WHY they work. I believe deeply in the power of healing, sharing and creating TRANSFORMATIVE change, that will enable us to truthfully live our best, fullest lives inside out. Now that I have the opportunity to be at the forefront of research in wellness psychology I am so excited to bring back the best & newest techniques to my lovely city Lahore β€οΈ
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the amazing people at United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) and The Fulbright Program for believing in my vision & extending to me a full scholarship award, thereby making my time in New York and study at Columbia possible. My family, teachers/mentors, friends and unreal clients have also been great sources of support and encouragement for me, and this really would not have been possible without any of these influences. So, thank you β€οΈ
Now for the most frequently asked question: I hope to return to Pakistan and resume my yoga classes (and beyond...!) in the later half of 2020. In the meanwhile, I will be using this space to share the things I encounter during my time in the US. Halfway through our April Yoga session today π» as the weather becomes hotter and stickier I love how Hatha and Yin balance out the states of the body. Yin helps cool down, relax, reduce the feeling of exhaustion while Hatha energises, brings movement to dormancy, cuts through the sluggishness the weather encourages πππ
