This incredible victory was achieved by Shakeel Malik, who secured 1st place in the prestigious category of Men’s Athletic Physique up to 182cm. His hard work, discipline, and determination have not only earned him the gold medal but also brought immense pride and joy to the entire nation.

These movements target biceps, triceps, and forearms together, building overall arm mass quickly.

Example split:
