The Aga Khan Youth and Sports Board (AKYSB), in collaboration with the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP), organized their first-ever Crossroads Camp in Lower Chitral for youth aged 12-14.
The three-day camp, held at the Aga Khan Higher Secondary School, SeenLasht, was attended by 45 enthusiastic participants which provided a cosmos in creating goals and keeping the youth motivated.
The modules, on topics such as global citizenship, community ambassadorship, expression of faith and social well-being, guided participants on how to embrace their social responsibilities as stewards and global citizens. Furthermore, learning about different rituals, cultural values, languages and traditions within the Ismaili community of other regions created a sense of reverence amongst participants as one Jamat.
