*1-5 Does every exercises upto 20 sec
After 5th take 1 mint rest by slow walk
*6-10 Does every exercises upto 24 sec
After 10th take 1 mint rest by slow walk
*11-17 Does every exercises upto 30 sec..
Repeat the whole round..
