My journey of self-discovery began through deep, inspiring conversations with friends and people around me. Because I believe:

Clarity creates direction.

I coach young people and emerging professionals to build clarity, confidence, and direction by transforming their mindset and aligning their career with their true potential. Over time, I realized something powerful, when people are truly seen, heard, and challenged, transformation happens. For the past 7+ years, I have been working with young people across the country, facilitating meaningful dis

Growth is rarely the result of one big decision—it is built through the small choices we make every day.
Stepping outside your comfort zone, staying consistent when motivation fades, learning from setbacks, and taking intentional action are the habits that shape who you become.

The journey of personal and professional growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, learning, adapting, and moving forward with purpose, even when progress feels slow.

Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Every small action compounds over time. Every day is a chance to become a better version of yourself.

For years, I have been a huge admirer of people who don’t just succeed in their careers, they genuinely love what they do.

One idea has stayed with me ever since I began learning about values, self-awareness, and intentional living.

You can design your life, and you can design your career.

This has become one of the most important messages I share with students and young professionals.

I have met people who truly enjoy their work, and what stands out isn’t just their achievements. It’s the way they enjoy the ordinary moments the conversations, the challenges, the learning, and the process itself.

Achievement lasts for a moment.
Loving your work transforms every day.

That’s why I’m a strong advocate for finding work that aligns with who you are not just what pays the bills.

If you’re still searching, here are five ways to discover work you’ll genuinely enjoy.

1. Know your values
Your career should reflect what matters most to you. When your work aligns with your values, motivation becomes sustainable.

2. Notice what energizes you.
Pay attention to activities that make you lose track of time. Energy is often a stronger clue than talent.

3. Experiment before committing.
Volunteer, freelance, intern, or start small projects. Clarity comes from experience, not overthinking.

4. Ask for feedback.
The people around you often recognize your natural strengths before you do. Listen to recurring compliments and observations.

5. Design, don’t drift.
Don’t wait for the “perfect job” to appear. Build skills, create opportunities, and intentionally shape a career that reflects who you want to become.

Remember.

The goal isn’t simply to find a job. The goal is to build a life where your work gives you purpose, your growth excites you, and Mondays don’t feel like something to survive.

What kind of work makes you feel most alive?

Halfway through The Way Forward, and the journey has already been deeply inspiring and transformative for the participants.

From operating on autopilot → to intentionally designing their careers.
From accidental decisions → to aligned choices through values clarity.
From unseen blind spots → to deeper self-awareness through reflection and feedback.
From uncertainty → to intentional career positioning and narrative building.

And now, they are beginning to architect their careers with greater clarity, direction, and purpose through guided coaching.

This is what conscious career design looks like.
