HOW TO BENCH PRESS MORE EFFICIENTLY-

Here is a quick tip to increase your bench press. May be not increase but will help you bench your current weight more efficiently.
It all starts with your GRIP. Chose a grip where your thumb surrounds the bar and helps you lock the bar in your hands. First of all this grip is much safe because there are less chances of weight slipping out of your hand and causing an accident you may never want to happen.
Secondly I want you to squeeze the bar. Squeeze the bar as hard as possible before the lift off and keep it squeezing hard throught out the set. I know this sounds foolish tip but trust me its a pro tip.
Ill tell you what happens. When you squeeze the bar harder you activate your forearms and arms much more than you are gonna do normally. That means you are gonna have assitance of more muscles that are gonna help you perform the movement. The more the muscles are involved the easier the movement gets and the more you are gonna bench. And if you are squeezing the bar harder the weight is not gonna feel as heavy as it actually is and that is also gonna enhance your confidence. And confidence is the key fam if you are convinced in your mind that you can do it than you will be able to do it. I gurrantee that. There is much more to doing the bench press efficently. But one step at a time. SO NEXT TIME YOU BENCH DON'T FORGET TO SQUEEZE.

How to fix muscle imbalance?
-
Alot of you guys have a question that one side of their muscle is smaller or weaker than other side. That is mainly genetic and sometimes due to your training with wrong form for a longer period.
-
Unilateral exercises are the answer to fix this problem. Whenever doing a unilateral exercise focus more on the weaker part more than your stronger part. Try to go past failure. Force it to grow to make it equal to your stronger side. Although you can not fix the problem 100% but you can fix it to a larger extent. As you can see in the video i did 20 reps on my left hamstring and 18 reps on right. Because my left side is relatively smaller. Ill keep torturing it untill it becomes equal to my right side. You have to train your stronger side too. You just have to train the weaker side past failure. Atleast 2-5 reps more than stronger side.

What not to do?
•Never train both sides with different weight to fix muscle imbalance that is stupidity and you may hurt your self.
•Never stop training the stronger side. You dont wanna make it weak to compete with the weaker side.

How deep should we squat ? As deep as you can go fam. There is no use of half ass squats. You can rather sit at home rather than just loading your back with loads of plate and just training your knees. If you are putting some weight on your back you might as well get some benefits out of it.
