🏏 FAST BOWLER – RUN-UP CORRECTION & DEVELOPMENT

During video analysis, we identified three key issues:

❌ Run-up was not smooth
❌ Steps were inconsistent — short & long
❌ In-and-out movement was affecting the approach

Correction Process:
3 Steps → 5 Steps → 7 Steps → Full Run-Up & Bowling Rhythm

After the session:
✅ Smooth & consistent run-up
✅ Steps became more controlled
✅ Straight-line approach
✅ Better rhythm and momentum

The best feedback came from the player himself:
“My run-up felt smooth, and everything stayed in line.”

Analyze → Correct → Progress → Perform 🏏💪

🧤 Wicket-Keeping Correction | Before ➜ After 🏏

❌ Before:
• Feet too wide
• Hands closed
• Body rising on left side

✅ After:
• Feet shoulder-width
• Hands open
• Body stays low
• Better catch shape
• Improved receiving position

Small technical changes → Better movement & cleaner collection. 💪🏏

Before ➡️ After 🏏

❌ Head falling
❌ Hands away from body
❌ Middle ball → Flick

✅ Head straight & stable
✅ Hands closer to body
✅ Clean On-Drive
✅ Better balance & control

Focus: Head • Hands • On-Drive 💪🏏
