The summer transfer window is shaping up to be a whirlwind for Widzew Łódź. So far, they've acquired players like Mariusz Fornalczyk and Samuel Akere.

There are many indications that this isn't the end of the former Polish champion's signings. Ola Solbakken has reportedly been scouted by the club. The 11-time Norwegian international is a Roma player.

Reports indicate that Widzew has already begun talks with the player's agent. While a deal is unlikely at this point, a representative of PKO BP Ekstraklasa is willing to wait and see how the transfer market develops.

The Łódź club's goal is to sign the Norwegian on a permanent transfer. Currently, the 26-year-old has other options.

The Norwegian midfielder joined Roma in 2023 from Bodo/Glimt, but has been regularly loaned out until now.  He spent previous seasons with Olympiacos Piraeus, Urawa Red Diamonds, and Empoli. Last season, he played 21 Serie A matches, picking up two yellow cards.

Officially. Transfer from Iceland to the 1st League!

Icelandic footballer Oliver Stefansson has joined GKS Tychy. The talented 22-year-old has signed a contract until 2028.

Until now, Oliver Stefansson has played mainly in Iceland and Sweden. He has played in European competitions, for the country's youth national teams, and also won the Icelandic Super Cup. GKS has been following him for a long time, including live.

In the current Icelandic top league season (spring-autumn system), he made 14 appearances for IA Akranes. He is a left-footed center-back who can also play on the flanks.

L**h Poznań ogłosił pozyskanie Joao Moutinho, 27-letniego lewego obrońcy, który w poprzednim sezonie imponował formą w barwach Jagiellonii Białystok. — Kiedy L**h się do mnie odezwał, decyzja była bardzo łatwa — stwierdził sam zawodnik, cytowany przez swój nowy klub.

Transfer Portugalczyka to kolejny element budowy kadry Kolejorza przed nadchodzącym sezonem PKO BP Ekstraklasy oraz walką o awans do Ligi Mistrzów. Moutinho podpisał dwuletni kontrakt, który obowiązywać będzie do końca czerwca 2027 r. Do L**ha trafił na zasadzie transferu definitywnego, a cała operacja – jak podają źródła – została przeprowadzona bez bezpośrednich kosztów dla poznańskiego klubu. Spezia Calcio, dotychczasowy pracodawca piłkarza, może jednak liczyć na dodatkowe bonusy i klauzule aktywacyjne.

Bundesliga club FC Augsburg has acquired Han-Noah Massengo from Premier League newcomers Burnley FC. The 24-year-old Frenchman has signed a long-term contract until June 30, 2030, for a fee of €3 million.

Massengo has made a total of 107 appearances in the English Championship and three in the Premier League. In the second half of last season, the midfielder was loaned to Auxerre, where he made 17 appearances in the French Ligue 1.

"With Han-Noah, we have an even broader and more versatile core. Even though he's only 24, he already brings a wealth of experience and has great potential for development," said managing director Michael Ströll. Augsburg "has shown in recent years that players can develop perfectly here. The Bundesliga is a great incentive for me," Massengo added.

Dawid Kownacki's return to Poland has taken a turn. L**h Poznań has confirmed that it cannot afford the seven-time Polish international. Widzew Łódź representatives, however, claim otherwise. The club's president confirmed that the transfer is still on the table. The approximate price for the striker is also known.

Now, Widzew Łódź president Michał Rydz was asked about the Polish striker's transfer. Since Robert Dobrzycki took over the club, the Łódź team has been aiming to become a powerhouse and has significantly increased its budget. The official confirmed to "Kanale Sportowy" that Dawid Kownacki's move to Widzew remains a hot topic and that the club can afford the striker.

According to Eleven Sports commentator Tomasz Urban, the seven-time Polish international could cost around €2.5 million.

Christian Kofane joins Bayer Leverkusen!

Bayer Leverkusen has further strengthened its squad with the signing of center-forward Christian Kofane. The Bundesliga side, currently in second place, announced the move on Friday.

The 18-year-old Cameroonian Kofane previously played for Spanish second-division club Albacete Balompié. He signed a contract with Werkself until 2029. According to Kicker, Kofane had a release clause of €5 million.
