A recently discovered historical source—a newspaper from Moscow 📖 suggests that my ancestor, Aleksander Kaliszewicz, fought four bouts at the French Wrestling Championships in the Renaissance Garden in August 1910—one a day. The dates in the sources suggest his career spanned at least 18 years 🪦 For the above news from the afterlife, I thank Przemysław Budziszewski and his Z Silnych Najsilniejsi Team 🇵🇱 My second, energetic message to you is: I wish every success in life to the parents of young athletic talents, wrestling coaches, and wrestlers whose careers I supported with supplementary training. P.S. This weekend, one of them, representing SC Metalowiec, won a gold medal at the 4th edition of the Podlaska Wrestling League. The second won the silver medal. The future belongs to you 🐈🐈🐈

It's good to exercise in peace 🧘♀️🧘 but carefully selected music enhances the atmosphere. It can increase energy and training effectiveness. My participants achieved their results with non-absorbing, good-quality music. For example, they exercised while listening to our native Polish band 🦾 Vader

A few weeks ago, Przemek Budziszewski came to Białystok on his Harley. I took a walk downtown with him and we had a meaningful conversation about metal and superhuman strength. His passion for the strongest athletes has given me more knowledge about Aleksander Kaliszewicz, my ancestor, the athlete. It's possible I'll learn more about his career at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Przemek is currently in the USA, at the grave of legendary athlete Zbyszko Cyganiewicz. This photo is especially for you ⛩️
