Poland Rugby Festival 2026 – Festival & Congress Edition
Sign up, register or secure your team’s place with the PRF All-Inclusive Participation Package – a comprehensive solution designed to support teams and participants throughout the entire event.
From the moment you arrive in Poland, our team ensures smooth organisation, logistics and access to the full official PRF 2026 programme.
What does the PRF All-Inclusive Package include?
Accommodation & Transport
• 3 nights’ accommodation (team booking confirmed with £500 / €500 group deposit received by December 2025)
• Stay at Draggo House Apartments, city centre (additional nights available on request)
• Return airport transfers (Kraków Airport included, Katowice Airport with small surcharge)
• Event venue transfers on Saturday & Sunday (Mysłowice)
Official Event Programme
• Friday, 12.06.2026 – PRF Welcome & Integration Evening (official induction activities with PRF hosts)
• Saturday, 13.06.2026 – Full-day Rugby Tournament (10s / 7s / Vets / Touch)
• Sunday, 14.06.2026 – Full-day Beach Rugby Tournament
• On-site facilities including team areas, catering zones and technical support
Catering & Event Services
• Breakfasts and cooked lunches provided pitch-side during tournament days
• Refreshment service available during official tournament hours
• Medical support on site (ambulance & paramedics throughout the weekend)
• International referees (including Bristol Referees Association – 2026)

• Skill-based and team-building activities organised pitch-side
• Sunday, 14.06.2026 – Official PRF Gala Dinner with organised evening programme
• Awards, trophies and official recognitions included

• 50% balance due by 15.03.2026
• Final team numbers & remaining balance by 08.05.2026

• Non-playing participants are welcome as registered event participants
• Changing facilities and tent are provided
