The Lineage of Northern Shaolin Long Fist
1928: The Central Guoshu Institute (Nanjing)
The foundation of modern Long Fist. Masters from across China, including Sun Lu-Tang and Li Jing-Lin, standardized traditional techniques into a cohesive curriculum for the National Arts.

Grandmaster Han, Ching-Tang (1903–1976)
A top graduate of the Nanjing Institute's first class. He became the "Chief Instructor" at the Central Police Academy. He was responsible for bringing the high-level Nanjing curriculum and his unique Chin Na applications to Taiwan in 1949.

Grandmaster Li, Mao-Ching (1927–2024)
A premier disciple of Han Ching-Tang in Taiwan. He was known for his incredible precision and power. He served as the bridge that preserved the authentic Nanjing standards, teaching them to the next generation of global masters.

Modern Era: International Expansion
Through disciples of GM Li Mao-Ching—most notably Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming—this specific lineage spread to the West, making this style of Long Fist one of the most widely practiced traditional Kung Fu systems in the world today.
