My relationship with movement wasn’t always peaceful. I went from being an overweight teenager who was ashamed of exercising, to using workouts as a way to control my body, until I finally found yoga and aerial.

Aerial hammock changed everything for me. It showed me that movement can be about joy, strength, and feeling at home in your own body ✨

I started as an adult without any gymnastics background. I had to build everything from scratch, so I know exactly what it feels like to start from zero.

This profile is a safe space for you. No pressure, no toxic competition, just tips and tutorials, real support, and gentle motivation to help you fly at your own pace 🕊️

It hits me every time: aerial is a beautiful sport, but what truly makes it breathtaking is the PEOPLE. It’s absolutely incredible to watch how these powerful, supportive, and deeply connected groups of women form here. The friendships and the female energy we share are unmatched. 🤍

Twenty years down the road, I might not believe how magical this was, but these photos will remind me of what WE created. Yes, we together. Thank you all. I couldn’t imagine it any better. 🫶
