New upgraded version of legendary Jackson Journey 13.5 is now ready to rock. It's now called Journey Expedition, and comes with adjustable skeg and full rubber hatches as standard. Together with few more upgrades. This boat is pure joy and offers Jackson style comfort and performance in All-round class and does it better then most if not better than any other.

We'll be showing it at Paddle Sports Show in France and taking preorders now. MSRP VAT included starting from 1499 Euros. Made in Finland and only available in Europe.

And sure, there is more to come, like fishing - hunting - adventure kayak Charctic, that will also be shown in France I'm positive. Final prototype have already been well tested and we are happy.

Something new is coming.........

Finally. Jackson Journey Expedition is here. Some fine tuning, plenty updates like new hatches and adjustable Skeg as standard and so on. And now fully made in Europe for Europe.

We plan to show this beauty at show in France, not 100% confirmed but close.

Retail for pre-orders starts for start from 1399 VAT included and additional day-box adds 100 more, if ordered with boat order.

Order books are open and we trust we’ll be able to deliver some for some areas this year, and full production starting later this year for coming season.

Sure you wonder, if there is more to come later on. I’m pretty sure yes there is. Nothing is announced until it is. But might happen sooner than later.

Some small but most important updates and improvements done for EE RockStars. Small amount available now. We cannot deliver single boats to consumers, so please check with Your local Jackson retailer. And they will contact us.

At moment MSRP is 1199 Euros with carbon-composite outfitting and new upgrades. Including VAT. Local price sure can vary.

For the future, all looks good so far but sure is based and depending on future demands. If there is reasonable demands for this boat, for this rather reasonable price, and we can reach volumes needed, should go all well.

Colors in stock (and standard for now) are Red and Lime, but some special colors available too at moment, and later on based on demands.

After all the challenges we faced in past, it's great to see those solved and outcome looking finally great. And as this design is one of best ever all-round freestyle kayaks, if not THE best, we can only be super happy and proud to have it available again.

V is absolutely great too, but we believe there is still place and demand for this one, with upgrades and improvements and with rather different price. We'll see. Thumbs up.

We get lot of questions about possible multicolors for future on EE boats. No concrete nor confrmed plans for now, but some tests done though. And we kinda like it... How about You?
And yeah, first test molding on Journey done too. Will take some time still, but we are working on this one too now. And some others after this one soon.
Lot of challenges, keeps us busy, but that's how it is. We'll do our best and appreciate all feedback. And improve our run day by day. Progress looks promising and we are also well aware of footrest weight issue on Zen and specially on Antix. For Antix specially we need lighter and more simple solution for future.
Nothing is 100% perfect yet, but progress looks good as well demands for boats.
It's April 2nd here already btw... SO no kidding, just hard work and lot to do. Hang on.

Finally last Edition Europe boats that were ordered 2021 have been completed and ready to go. Some on delivery now, some waiting pick-up.
Last delays was related to footrest for Antix and Zen. We needed to re-design hole thing and under current global situation it took some time. But final result is good! Footrest is super strong and as it's adjustable on width, it gives un-compromised support for all size of paddlers in both models. We'll make another post or video about footrest later, but it's simple and sturdy and easy to adjust.
We've also made some adjustments on RockStar molds to avoid any kiss-off issues round cockpit rim area, that we saw last year (some porosity and some pin holes on some units). Same time small changes to molding process was tested and these changes together came out with great results. All test boats came out of oven better than ever, no matter what we compare.
First 2022 Edition Europe RockStars are in production now and molding other models will start again bit later but soon.
We are also working on rec. and fishing models, but those will not come until mid-late summer as it looks.

Purple (in pic) we tested for some boats in 2021 worked well, and many liked it a lot, as we too. But we did not sell too many still. So it will be later on available with pre-orders only as special color and +100 euros on retail. Same with Yellow. But some retailers might still have some in stock with std. price.
Std. ww colors for 22 are Lime and Red. Those came out great and working fine for molding as well.
Blue will not be available for 22 as it looks. Even we got very good feedback on original blue on boats delivered to UK and Ireland, we had lot of issues on molding that shade. Too many blemish boats came out of oven. We did try come other shades of blue, but new issues came. This is not what we was hoping, and we hope to be able to bring blue back later on.
Next week we should be already molding boats for coming season. Many updates on many small details, but nothing huge. And most updates was also done for 2021 boats already.
Finally, all EE ww boats for 2022 will come with composite outfitting and mentioned upgrades. Retails as follows, including VAT:

Official web page should come out shortly and by then latest we should have good news on new stocking retailers round Europe. And some might come out sooner. Availability will still be limited, but much better for sure. Still good idea to book one asap if so.
