You finish training hot, tired and thirsty. A thick protein shake? Not always the most appealing idea.

Clear whey does things differently. MaxClear combines 24g of protein per serving with a light, fruity drink that's easy to reach for after training – especially when you want refreshment as much as recovery.

Two new flavours landed at qrewo.com: 🍏 Green Apple & 🍊 Pink Grapefruit.

Coming back after a break isn't about making up for lost time. It's about rebuilding momentum. Swipe for a smarter way to start.

The first few stations can fool you.

You feel good.
The crowd is loud.
Adrenaline is high.

That's exactly when the biggest mistakes happen.

Starting too fast.
Rushing transitions.
Trying to keep up with someone else's race.

HYROX isn't eight separate workouts. It's one long conversation between your body and your mind. The better you manage that conversation, the better you'll perform.

Returning after a holiday break can be frustrating, not because you've lost all your progress, but because you remember what you were capable of just a few weeks ago. When your body doesn't immediately match those expectations, the temptation is to force it.

Most athletes don't need more motivation when they come back. They need more patience. The first sessions aren't there to prove you're still in shape – they're there to rebuild rhythm, confidence and consistency.

So the fastest way back isn't pretending nothing has changed. It's accepting where you are today, trusting the process, and giving your body the chance to catch up again.

Confidence isn't built before competition. It's borrowed from your training.

When doubt shows up on race day, your body looks for proof. Proof that you've run tired before. Proof that you've recovered after hard sessions. Proof that you've finished workouts you once thought were impossible.

On race day, you're not hoping you'll be ready. You're remembering the progress you have made.

Remember – confidence isn't something you find at the start line, it's something you bring with you. 👊

Some athletes leave a workout thinking "That went well." Others leave asking "What could I do better?"

Not because they enjoy hearing what they're doing wrong. Because they know every piece of feedback is a shortcut. A chance to improve in days instead of months. Every correction is an opportunity to move more efficiently, waste less energy, and build better habits.

Stay curious. The best athletes never stop asking for a feedback 👊

Some things only become important the day you forget them.

Your water bottle.
Your wrist wraps.
Your training shoes.

Or your hand grips.

Funny how we rarely think about the gear that quietly does its job. Until it's missing.

Suddenly, you're adjusting your grip every set. Your hands fatigue sooner. Pull-ups feel different. Bar work becomes something you have to think about instead of just doing.

The best training gear isn't the gear you constantly notice.

It's the gear you only notice when it's not there.

More effort doesn't always lead to better results. Sometimes the biggest progress comes from training with more intention, not more intensity. 👊

Not every "I'm tired" means the same thing.

Some days, you're simply uncomfortable. Your breathing is heavy. Your legs burn. Your brain wants to stop before your body does. That's part of training.

But fatigue is different. It doesn't disappear after your warm-up. It lingers for days. Your performance drops. Your recovery slows. Even simple sessions feel unusually hard.

Learning to tell the difference is one of the most valuable skills an athlete can develop.

Because knowing when to push is important. But knowing when to recover is just as important.

It's easy to focus on running faster or lifting heavier. But HYROX rewards athletes who move efficiently between stations, too.

Smooth transitions help you control your breathing, find your rhythm quicker and save valuable time over the course of the race.
